As I was just saying, you might choose to brush your teeth over twice each day if you wish to, and a lot of people I know already tend to do it- but I’d personally advise against it.

While it won’t always necessarily harm your teeth, there’s always a chance to actually end up overbrushing. You must keep in mind that most toothpastes are slightly abrasive and tend to clean your teeth that way.
